• During this course, you may be asked to participate in interactive sessions with the instructor and other course participants. Your instructor is both a qualified, licensed Occupational Therapist and is certified in Neonatal Touch & Massage.
  • The nature of my participation may include interactive exercises or demonstration before the class. I understand and agree that the nature of any demonstration and/or exercises will be directed primarily to my upper extremities, shoulders, and trunk. In addition, I understand and agree that no therapist-patient or other similar type of relationship shall arise as a result of this limited demonstration. The purpose of this participation is to establish basic practical application of the Neonatal Touch & Massage Certification (NTMC).
  • I willingly and freely consent to participate in the NTMC presentation. I understand that I may cease my participation at any time during the presentation. I understand and agree that at the end of my tenure as a participant in any demonstration, the relationship between myself and the instructors, course sponsors, and attending participants will terminate. If I am in need of professional services at the end of my tenure as a participant in any demonstration, it is my responsibility to seek such services from a medical professional.

(ONT), CNT, NTMTC; Erin Springer, MOTR/L, CNT, NTMTC, harmless from any and all claims of liability that could result from my participation in the presentation.
