If you are unable to attend one of our 2020 NTMC Hands-On Trainings you are entitled to a partial refund. To cover the cost of the On-Line Training portion of NTMC, your refund will be $375 less than the entire amount paid for NTMC.
For Example: If you paid $875 for NTMC, your refund would be $500 ($875-$375).
If you choose to pursue a refund, you will continue to have access to the NTMC On-Line Training Portal based on the date of the initial NTMC deadline for completion. If an extension is needed, or you need clarification of completion date, please let us know at admin@infantdriven.com. Your CEU certificates will be issued upon completion of the On-Line Education and access to the On-Line Training portal will be discontinued.
Refunds will be mailed to you in the form of a check within 1 week of your request.
